Through the generosity of Tyndale House (Cambridge) and a donor from the Society for the Study of Early Christianity (SSEC), the Department of History and Archaeology at Macquarie University is offering a travelling scholarship for four weeks to Tyndale House, Cambridge in January/February 2023.
Eligibility: Available to Graduate Research and postgraduate students (MRes, Mphil or PhD) studying Ancient History or Archaeology at Macquarie University, or to recent Macquarie University Ancient History or Archaeology postdoctoral scholars, within three years of award of their degree.
Purpose: The successful candidate will be expected to benefit from and contribute to the international community of scholars at Tyndale House in line with the ethos and expectations of that organisation (please consult the Tyndale House website).
Value: AU$1,500 towards one return airfare from Australia to London.Four weeks’ accommodation and use of the Library at Tyndale House.
